Kooter is a the dog of my old roommate. Such a funny dog so skittish and timid at times.
It only took me 2 hours to get him to approach the cupcake, once he realized it didn't bite! ( and yes his name really is Kooter. You can just imagine how I cringed whenever I had to shout for him to "come" at the park!)
